Say it. Flow sends it.
Flow is Cloove's own WhatsApp banking assistant, built for the people who buy from you. Send money, pay bills and save, just by chatting - in English, Pidgin, Igbo, Hausa or Yoruba. No app to download, and nothing leaves an account without a PIN.

Enter PIN to send
Five ways to say it. One thing happens.
Your bank shouldn't make you switch languages to be understood. Flow speaks English, Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa, and it treats all five exactly the same way.
English
“send 5,000 to Musa”
Pidgin
“abeg send 5k give Musa”
Yoruba
“fi 5k ranṣẹ sí Musa”
Igbo
“zigara Musa 5k”
Hausa
“aika 5k zuwa Musa”
Every single time, it goes like this.
You say it
Type it like you'd text a friend. No menus, no keywords to learn.
Flow shows you
The amount, the person and the fee, all of it, before anything happens.
You enter your PIN
The one step nothing can skip. Only a PIN sends money.
The AI never touches the money.
This is the part most people worry about, so here is the honest answer. Flow's AI understands what you mean and gets a transfer ready. It cannot send money. That is a separate system, and it only listens to one thing: your PIN.
What the AI can do
- Read your balance
- Work out who you meant
- Get a transfer ready to send
- Fix an amount you changed your mind about
- Explain a fee or a charge
All of this is reading and drafting. Nothing here can move a single kobo out of an account.
What only you can do
Send the money.
Every transfer stops here and waits for a PIN, typed on a real confirmation screen. No clever wording, no mistake, and nobody holding the phone gets past this step.
Flow also checks the real name on every account before a transfer is confirmed, and refuses transfers that would land back on the sender's own account.
